Cancellations & Refunds Policy

By purchasing a training course from AgileByDefault Limited, you are bound by our Privacy Policy, Terms and Conditions, and Cancellations & Refunds Policy.

AgileByDefault Limited retains the right to postpone, cancel, or relocate an event due to insufficient enrollments, instructor illness, or force majeure events (such as floods, earthquakes, political instability, etc.). The following terms and conditions do not apply to registrants who sign up through a Purchase Order or special pricing offers availed by customers.

All cancellations and reschedules must be communicated via email.

  1. Event Cancellation by AgileByDefault Limited:
  • If AgileByDefault Limited cancels an event, 100% of the course fees will be refunded to the delegate if the refund request is made within 10 days of course purchase. However, any travel, logistics, or personal expenses incurred by learners/participants will not be refunded.
  • Participants who purchased the course more than 10 days prior to the event will be rescheduled to any upcoming classroom batch at no extra cost. If they prefer, they can also opt for the upcoming live virtual class instead.
  1. Delegate-initiated Cancellation:
  • Cancellation made by a delegate 10 business days (or more) prior to the event will incur a deduction of 10% of the total paid fee, with the remaining amount refunded to the delegate.
  • Cancellation made by a delegate within 10 business days (or less) of the event will not be eligible for any refunds.
  1. Non-Attendance:
  • No refunds or credits will be provided for participants who fail to attend both days of the course.
  1. Duplicate Payment Refund:
  • In case of duplicate payments made by a delegate, the refund will be processed via the original method of payment within 10 working days after intimation by the customer.
  1. Refund Request Initiation:
  • Cancellation request made within 24 hours of registration will be eligible for a full refund (minus payment gateway charges). Please contact our support team via email at help@agilebydefault.com to initiate the refund request.
  • For classroom training, participants have until the first-day lunch break to review and decide. If the trainer’s quality and delivery do not meet expectations, delegates can request a refund via email at help@agilebydefault.com and receive a full refund along with an apology email.
